We are a custom drum shop located in southern Ontario Canada. Our speciality is high quality stave shell snare drums. Our drums are built one at a time with close attention paid to detail work.               Stave style snare drums are becoming increasingly popular as more drummers are discovering the incredible sound and action these drums deliver. Stave shells produce excellent sound quality at any dynamic level making them popular with professionals world wide. Solid wood drum shells produce more of a musical sounding drum.

 B.C.W. Quality You Can See And Hear 

                    We use quarter cut lumber to build our drum shells. This makes a very stable drum shell with little or no movement due to humidity and temperature changes. Each drum shell is built from 30 pieces of solid wood. At B.C.W. we use tongue and groove joinery for our solid wood shells this creates an extremely strong glue joint and a better drum shell.
